Each user may hold one account only at nbet91. Each user's CPF and contact details are unique in the system — it is not possible to create a second account using the same CPF. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, with the balance of the most recently created account forfeited.
Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including full name, CPF, date of birth, email, and mobile number. False information is grounds for immediate account closure.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. nbet91 recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication, available in your account settings. Nbet91 may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any time for security and legal compliance reasons. Accepted documents include RG, CNH, and passport, along with proof of residence issued within the last three months. Documents must be submitted within 72 hours of the request.
Accounts with no activity for more than 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. nbet91 may charge a monthly maintenance fee on the balance of inactive accounts following prior email notification. Balances are never automatically zeroed without notifying the account holder.

All deposits are processed and held in BRL (R$). nbet91 does not accept deposits in other currencies and does not perform currency conversion.
The user declares that the deposited funds are their own and of lawful origin. Depositing funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited. nbet91 cooperates with competent authorities in investigations concerning the origin of suspicious funds.
Withdrawals can be requested at any time through the account dashboard, provided the real balance is sufficient and the KYC process is complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00.
Pix withdrawals to verified accounts are processed within up to 30 minutes during business hours and within 2 hours outside of those times. TED withdrawals are processed on the next business day. nbet91 does not charge any fees on withdrawals.
The Pix key or bank account used for the withdrawal must be registered under the nbet91 account holder's name and linked to the CPF on file. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not processed under any circumstances.
Nbet91 may hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days if a security review is required, fraudulent activity is suspected, or KYC documentation is pending. The user will be notified by email with the reason for the hold and the steps needed to release it.
Bonuses and promotions are intended for registered and verified nbet91 users. Accounts created solely to collect bonuses — with no genuine intent to play — will be closed and the bonuses forfeited.
All bonus balances are subject to a rollover requirement set individually for each promotion. The standard rollover for nbet91's welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50, or on eligible casino games. Slots contribute 100% toward the rollover; live games may have a reduced contribution rate as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
The bonus balance expires in 30 days from the date of issue if the rollover is not completed within that period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account with no compensation.
Betting strategies designed to minimize loss risk while accumulating bonus rollover — such as arbitrage, betting across multiple accounts, or patterns identified as systematic promotion exploitation — constitute bonus abuse. nbet91 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated bets in such cases.
Bets at nbet91 are accepted up until the start of the event, or, for Live Betting, until the specific market closes during the match. nbet91 reserves the right to refuse or limit bets without providing a reason, particularly in cases involving odds errors caused by technical issues.
In the event of an obvious error in the odds — caused by a technical failure, incorrect data feed, or manual input mistake — nbet91 may void bets placed at those odds and return the staked amount to the user's real balance. An "obvious error" is defined as odds that deviate by more than 20% from the market value offered by other bookmakers at the same time.
If an event is canceled or suspended before completion, all bets on that event will be refunded to the real balance. Bets on events that started and were suspended after 45 minutes of play (for football) are settled based on the score at the time of suspension, unless the market terms specify otherwise.
Live betting at nbet91 covers Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA, UFC, and more. Odds on live bets are updated continuously and may be temporarily suspended during critical moments in a match — such as goals, red cards, or turning points.
All casino games available at nbet91 — slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, crash games, and game shows — run on software certified by independent auditing laboratories. Results are generated by a verifiable RNG (Random Number Generator), free from any interference by the platform or the player.
If a technical failure occurs during a game round — such as a dropped connection, server error, or live streaming interruption — nbet91 will attempt to reconstruct the round's outcome based on server records. If reconstruction is not possible, the bet for the affected round will be refunded to the user's balance.

The bonus buy feature available on selected slots lets you activate the free spins round directly for a set price. The following conduct is expressly prohibited at nbet91:

Accounts closed through self-exclusion — whether at the user's own request or as a protective measure by nbet91 — cannot be reactivated during the exclusion period. Once the period ends, the user may request reactivation through support, subject to review.

Nbet91 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the new version on this page with the updated date. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 7 days in advance. If you disagree with any change, you must close your account before the new terms take effect, following the procedure described in clause 10.1.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For disputes not resolved through nbet91's support channel, the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP are hereby elected as the competent jurisdiction, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
